Join Katie Bracher (Sauna Master UK) on a journey through the rich tapestry of sauna traditions from around the world.
This course traces the ancient roots of thermal bathing, how it has evolved across cultures, and how these timeless practices can shape a more grounded, nourishing approach to modern wellbeing.
Over the three weeks, you’ll move from understanding the origins of sauna, into its cultural expressions, and finally into the craft of creating safe, intentional, elevated sauna experiences.
Each module blends practical knowledge, stories and reflective exercises, with a live Q&A at the end of every week to integrate what you’ve learned and explore deeper in real time..

About your Tutor
Katie is recognised as one of the UK’s foremost voices and a key opinion leader in the resurgence sweat bathing, with over a decade dedicated to researching and shaping how the nation understands and experiences sauna.
Since 2014 she has been building spaces & communities, guiding saunas and championing the deeper cultural and communal value of heat practices.
Drawing on extensive collaboration, research and training with bath masters across Europe, she shares a refined, contemporary expression of sauna culture to the UK audience. Her current chapter centres on evolving her wellness and training offerings, with the aim of influencing the wider conversation around bathing culture and its place in modern wellbeing.
